WE ESTIMATE 4 SERVES PER KILO OF PROTEIN BASED ON 1 TYPE SERVED. WE RECOMMEND 2-3 OPTIONS PER MEAL WHERE YOU WOULD GET AT LEAST 6 SERVES PER KILO.
